An eye mask can be your best companion on a bus trip, even if you don't necessarily want to sleep.
If you want to rest on the bus an eye mask will provide a better sleep experience by blocking out light. A dark environment helps trigger your body's natural sleep hormone, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. If not interested in sleep, an eye mask will help reduce the eye strain that can be brought on by long bus journeys. If you like to use your bus ride as "down time", an eye mask can offer privacy and relaxation, allowing you to unwind and recharge during your journey. So don't forget to pack your eye mask for your next adventure!
