On April 1, we launched Let's Go! Rewards. Our loyalty program gives Indian Trails riders a simple way to get more out of every trip. Earn points with each ticket purchase and use them toward future rides.
If you already have an account, you are all set and can start earning points right away. If you do not have an account, create one today and you will be enrolled and ready to go.
Here's how it works. Buy any Indian Trails ticket of $6 or more and earn two points for every dollar spent. Every 100 points can be redeemed for a $1 credit on future purchases.
Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to plan your next trip.
Sign up by April 30 and receive 10 bonus points, equal to what you'd earn on a $5 ticket purchase. Your bonus points will be added to your account on May 4. Already signed up on or after April 1? You're all set, and your bonus points are on the way.
March brought heavy rain across the state, flooding streets and knocking down trees. April is expected to bring more of the same. When the weather forecast is worrisome, you can follow your trip status in a variety of ways.
The Indian Trails bus tracker app gives you real-time updates, so you always know the status of your trip. If you have questions or need to speak with someone, call 989-725-5105. Our team is available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., including holidays.
If Indian Trails needs to cancel your route, here is what you can expect:
We post cancellations on our website and send route alerts as soon as possible.
We contact you directly by phone if your route is canceled and you provided a number when booking.
If your trip is canceled mid-route, we provide food and lodging at a nearby stop until it is safe to continue.
Your ticket will be fully refunded or reissued at no cost if the trip is canceled before boarding.
Do not let a little rain stop your spring plans. Get out, enjoy the season and travel with confidence.
Leaving winter gear at home opens up extra space in your luggage. Fill it with smart travel essentials that experienced travelers rely on every trip. One of the items in this video could quickly become your new must-pack favorite.
If you find you need to travel with lots of extras, Indian Trails has you covered. Each rider is allowed one carry-on bag and one stowed bag per ticket, as well as a purse or laptop. Riders may bring up to three additional stowed bags for $15 each.

Judy, who earned an associate degree in accounting from Baker College, is one of the longest-serving employees at Indian Trails’ headquarters in Owosso, MI.
She will mark 32 years with the company in May, having joined in 1994 after answering a help wanted ad in the local Argus-Press newspaper.
Off the Clock
Judy and her husband, Kent, have been married for 38 years. They enjoy camping several times a year, especially at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Mears, Mich. They hope to take their RV out west in the future and follow Route 66. Judy is also a devoted University of Michigan football fan and an avid card player. “I’m very competitive,” she says.
