For Ryan Stemple, life on the road isn’t just a job — it’s a lifelong passion. After living in Georgia for nearly a decade, he returned to his home state of Michigan in 2016 and found his perfect fit as a motorcoach operator at Indian Trails.Knowing his love for driving and travel, a friend encouraged him to apply. Ryan has been enjoying the ride ever since.
What makes the job special for him? The opportunity to combine his enthusiasm for transportation with his hospitality skills, ensuring every passenger — whether on a charter, shuttle or line run — has the best experience possible.
Beyond the driver’s seat, Ryan is a transportation enthusiast through and through. He’s a fan of railroads, enjoys model trains and even spends time watching real locomotives at the Durand Union Station. When he’s not on the road, Ryan is an avid rollercoaster enthusiast! In 2022, he had the honor of being the designated driver for the Roller Coaster Club of Great Britain on their U.S. tour, visiting iconic parks like Cedar Point, Kings Island and Busch Gardens.
